This is to notify all the new admission students that the reporting date to the institute is scheduled as follows:

1. Document verification:

• 2^nd August, 2022 from 10:00am to 5:00pm.
• On this day students will report to the Lecture Hall 2, Level 1 along with all the necessary documents and others.
• All the students must come with the following documents at the time of document verification:

1. Class XII Certificate and Mark Sheet (Original)
2. Class XII School Leaving Certificate (Original)
3. Class X (BCSE) Mark Sheet (Original)
4. Character Certificate (Original) – Please make a copy of all your certificates for your reference/use in future before submitting it to the institute.
5. Copy of the Citizenship Identity Card/Letter received from Immigration.
6. Recent Pass Port Photograph (2 Nos.)
7. Medical Certificate
8. 2 Legal Stamps

• On this day, the students will be issued orientation programme schedule and student rules and regulations hand book.

2. Orientation and Induction Programme:

• 3^rdAugust onwards for a week.
• The programme will mainly include familiarization of the course, institute, university, rules and regulations, and legal undertakings.

• As mentioned, the institute will not be refunding any amount of payments (security, registration and first semester course fee) as the seats have been finalized and confirmed. Further change in decision after the enrollment shall be as per the students’ rules and regulations, 2022.
